Look for specific descriptions of explanations, follow-up and how questions were handled. Ask your prospective agent how you will stay in touch and who will be your main contact.

Did the advice make sense?
Notice whether a reviewer explains how options were compared. In your conversation, ask how the team approaches property comparisons, preparation and offer terms for your situation.
03 · The unexpected
How were problems handled?
Real estate involves other people, deadlines and changing information. Look for context about how an issue was explained and what happened next—not simply a promise that problems never arise.
